Having seen you in action and mentored ITT/NQT teachers as well as having been a head of year, I find your ICT solutions to monitoring and assessing spot on. The video is extremely clear and addresses issues which will help all of us in our classrooms. Thanks for this. I will be using an excel markbook this year.
